| Xrad®,
in conjunction with wXstation, provides
the capability to ingest and manage Doppler (WSR-88D) radar data. It supports
all primary weather products, along with a complete line of Unisys value-added,
full resolution products such as national mosaics of composite reflectivity,
echo tops, and precipitation rates. Xrad has the ability to ingest data
from worldwide sources as well.
Storm TraXTM provides a display and analysis system for lightning data from the National Lightning Detection Network (NLDN) and other lightning data sources worldwide. Flight TraXTM provides accurate up-to-the-minute assessments of the current flight environment. It provides impressive flight following capabilities based on the FAA's Aircraft Situational Display (ASD) data feed. For areas not yet covered by ASD, the system can be tied to in-flight ACARS. wXviewTM, an html based product browser, provides a simple web-based capability to select and view geographically based weather products produced by wXimageTM and wXtextTM. Both wXimage and wXtext generate weather products on a pre-defined schedule. wXview, wXtext and wXimage together are referred to as wXsiteTM. |
