Maintenance includes a system administrator's manual that contains a description of routine system administrative procedures for managing the interface software and the following: Tiered level support for technical assistance and problem resolution Software upgrades with new functionality Software upgrades to stay compatible operating system updates Bug fixes

Installation wXstation teams have also conducted numerous site surveys relative to determining proper weather display system locations, as well as determining proper locations for antenna and cabling positions. In conjunction with the site surveys, Sonalysts has provided written results identifying the location and specifications for each piece of hardware (including antennae and related mountings), cabling and wiring that must be run and all other requirements for the System to be made fully operational.

Training wXstation offers several training courses for users and system administrators. System Administrator Training is a 5-day course covering all aspects of administering the wXstation system including installation, configuration and maintenance of the software. This course is taught at Waterford, CT on a regular basis, or it may be taught at a customer's site. wXstation offers two User Training courses: Full User Training is a 10-day course for covering all aspects of wXstation in depth. Refresher User Training is a 5-day course covering all aspects of wXstation focusing on the upgrades.
